Subscript and Superscript

Post  funion987 on Sun Nov 09, 2008 7:11 pm

You can use subscript and superscript in your posts.

Examples:

Sulfuric Acid: H2SO4

Code:
H[sub]2[/sub]SO[sub]4[/sub]

Electron Configuration of Mg: 1s22s22p63s2

Code:
1s[sup]2[/sup]2s[sup]2[/sup]2p[sup]6[/sup]3s[sup]2[/sup]

Alternatively, you can highlight the number you want to raise or lower and click either "index" or "exponent" from the drop-down menu labeled "others" at the top.
