We're recruiting!
That's right, we are currently looking for smart people that can positively contribute to the forums. We feel that the forums are now at the stage where outside help is necessary in order to make the forums 100% efficient. The more people we have on the question side and the answer side, the better the forums are.
So, what can you do? Please look for new posts in the Questions and Answers forum and post helpful responses. Also, the wonderful thing about forums is that if you don't agree with someone else, you can work out where the misunderstanding is; someone will learn something by the end of it.
If you post helpful answers, ranks and possibly moderator powers will be awarded.
If you have any questions, please post them here.
Thanks,

Physics Forum?
It seems somewhat unfair that there is no Physics-specific (see, my hyphen's in the right place...) forum, yet there is an Astronomy one... Could this be fixed? Thanks!

Re: We're recruiting!
yea, i also agree. A physics section would prove to be more helpful than astronomy, in my opinion.
Edit - and it would also be convenient to change the "chemistry forum" title btw, if we're going to be able to have a domain thing now
