I referenced this site, which is accessible from the links side bar. The covalent radius is basically the bond length. Looking at the data given on that side, the bond length for a C-Cl bond, which you have 3 of, is 177 pm, and the bond length for a C-F bond is 135 pm.

C-Cl: 177 pm
C-F: 135 pm
