pig Lecithin,in addition to promoting brain development, can also protect the heart. In the 1960s, scientists discovered that lecithin may play an important role in protecting cardio-pulmonary function .In the further study we finally confirmed that lecithin has a positive effect on heart health. This is because it can regulate cholesterol levels in the body, reduce disease incidence of cholesterol, high blood cholesterol and coronary heart
Lecithin can keep the elderly away from mental decline and Alzheimer's disease .
As people are aging , memory may decline. Its causes a cartain relationship acetylcholine content of less than a certain relationship. Brain neurotransmitter (acetylcholine) decrease is mainly caused by Alzheimer's, the nervous system acetylcholine is the transmission of information when necessary compounds. And "choline" is a basic component of lecithin, lecithin will ensure adequate supplies of the body has enough of acetyl choline combines with the human body as "acetylcholine" and thus provide sufficient information into the brain neurotransmitters, the brain can directly uptake from the blood lecithin and choline, and soon converted to acetylcholine. Long-term memory loss supplement lecithin can slow the process, prevent or delay the occurrence of senile dementia.
